When you make a purchase from baglunchco.com, we ask for an email address at checkout. We do this in case we need to contact you regarding your order. If you don't provide an email address at checkout and there happens to be an issue regarding your order.. we won't be able to get a hold of you!

Please rest assured that we won't sell your email address to anyone, for any reason. We also don't send out any sort of "Bag Lunch" newsletter, so you also won't ever receive junk emails from us either.

Hmmm. Bag Lunch email isn't working 100% right now. We can receive emails, we just can't send any out.
Sooooooo... if you send us an email and we don't respond right away, it's not because we're not paying attention to our mailbox, it's because we can't respond.

I've been assured by our hosting company that this will be resolved soon.

Drowning in a sea of two day old emails....

Bag Lunch mail seems to be working now. Please bear with us as we respond to the influx of emails that have been spit at us from our server. It feels sort of like a geyser just erupted.

Hopefully, this fix is permanent and won't cause any more problems for those of you trying to contact us.
