When you make a purchase from baglunchco.com, we ask for an email address at checkout. We do this in case we need to contact you regarding your order. If you don't provide an email address at checkout and there happens to be an issue regarding your order.. we won't be able to get a hold of you!

Please rest assured that we won't sell your email address to anyone, for any reason. We also don't send out any sort of "Bag Lunch" newsletter, so you also won't ever receive junk emails from us either.

Hmmm. Bag Lunch email isn't working 100% right now. We can receive emails, we just can't send any out.
Sooooooo... if you send us an email and we don't respond right away, it's not because we're not paying attention to our mailbox, it's because we can't respond.

I've been assured by our hosting company that this will be resolved soon.

Drowning in a sea of two day old emails....

Bag Lunch mail seems to be working now. Please bear with us as we respond to the influx of emails that have been spit at us from our server. It feels sort of like a geyser just erupted.

Hopefully, this fix is permanent and won't cause any more problems for those of you trying to contact us.

Long Overdue Update!

Whew.

I just finished putting together all the tiny promo packs that will be stuffed into the Stitch Goodie Bags.
I mailed 'em out this morning and it's really nice to have that out of the way. I'm so busy gearing up for the holiday season.

Hmmm. Bag Lunch was planning on launching 4 new flavors this week, but it's currently delayed. We're having some webby-type issues that need to be fixed. We can't seem to add new products to our online inventory system. Hello, tech support? We have a problem.

This year, Bag Lunch will be one of the many sponsors of The Stitch Fashion Show and Guerilla Craft Bazaar. We're so excited!
The event will take place in November 2006 at the Austin Music Hall, in Austin Texas. The first 500 people to arrive will get a goodie bag filled with all sorts of neat-o things from a ton of indie businesses and designers, including Bag Lunch!

The idea was born when three austin designers (Jesse Kelly - Landes of Amet and Sasha, Tina Sparkles of Sparkle Craft and Karly Hand of Identity Crisis Clothing) joined forces to create a forum to show their designs, the women took it upon themselves to establish Stitch.
